Reglas del Sorteo Registra y Gana con Popular Auto

1. El concurso "Participa y Prémiate con Popular Auto" comienza el 6 de junio de 2017 y termina el 31 de julio de 2017.

2. Son elegibles para participar del sorteo todas las personas que llenen el lead form con su información de contacto en www.popularautopr.com. Los participantes deben ser mayores de 18 años de edad. No podrán participar empleados de Popular Inc., o sus subsidiarias o afiliadas, o sus agencias de publicidad, relaciones públicas o promociones

3. Para participar del sorteo, los individuos deberán llenar su información de contacto en www.popularauto.pr colocando su nombre, correo electrónico y numero de teléfono.

4. Habrá un (1) sorteo mediante tómbola electrónica el 8 de agosto de 2017que se llevará a cabo en la División Marketing & Customer Knowledge de Banco Popular en la cual se sortearán diez (10) tarjetas de gasolina valoradas en $100 cada una.

5. No se requiere comprar o pagar nada para participar y recibir un premio. Todos los participantes tienen las mismas posibilidades de ganar.

6. El ganador(a) será notificado mediante correo electrónico y por teléfono el martes 8 de agosto de 2017 y tiene siete (7) días desde el momento en que sea notificado para aceptar el premio. El ganador(a) deberá coordinar la entrega del premio, presentando una identificación oficial con retrato a las oficinas de la División de Marketing & Customer Knowledge #209 Avenida Muñoz Rivera, Popular Center Building Piso 7, Hato Rey, P.R. 00919. Se exigirá identificación personal satisfactoria antes de entregar el premio. Los premios no son transferibles ni pueden ser sustituidos total o parcialmente. Sólo se otorgará un premio por persona.

7. Al participar en este sorteo y aceptar el premio el ganador(a) le otorga el derecho a Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, su subsidiaria, a sus agencias de publicidad, promociones y relaciones públicas a utilizar su nombre, y/o imagen, presentación personal y fotografía en cualquier medio publicitario sin recibir compensación adicional.

8. Este sorteo es auspiciado por Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Cualquier pregunta o información relacionada a este sorteo deberá dirigirse a Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Marketing & Customer Knowledge (729), P.O. Box 362708, San Juan, P.R. 00936-2708.

9. De ser necesario, el ganador(a) deberá aceptar cualquier demora razonable en relación con la entrega de su premio. El ganador(a) deberá, en la fecha de dicha entrega, firmar un recibo del premio obtenido. El participante ganador suscribirá un relevo de responsabilidad y de publicidad por medio del cual le concede al promotor el derecho a publicar, y anunciar su nombre, voz e imagen en cualquier medio publicitario del país, actual o futuro (incluyendo las redes electrónicas), sin compensación alguna.

10. Banco Popular se reserva el derecho absoluto de cancelar este sorteo, cambiar las reglas o fecha de inicio y terminación del sorteo y/o fecha del sorteo por causas fuera de su control sujeto a reglamentación aplicable. Cualquier cambio será publicado oportunamente.

11. Banco Popular no es responsable por correos o participaciones que resulten perdidas, incompletas, ilegibles, tardías, con dirección incorrecta o desviadas de su curso, robadas, con franqueo insuficiente o mutiladas; o por cualquier error, omisión, interrupción, defecto o retraso en la transmisión en la comunicación; fallas o funcionamientos deficientes de tipo técnico o mecánico; fallas o funcionamientos deficientes de teléfonos, líneas de teléfono o sistemas telefónicos; errores en las Reglas Oficiales, en cualquier anuncio u otro material relacionado con el Sorteo; fallas en equipos electrónicos, "hardware" o "software" de computadoras; o información inexacta de la participación, bien sea por causa de los equipos, de  la programación utilizada en el Sorteo, por un error humano de procesamiento, u otra causa. Banco Popular se reserva el derecho absoluto a determinar la validez de las participaciones sometidas y de rechazarlas si no cumplen con los requisitos del sorteo, o si se ha utilizado un método no permitido para participar.

12. Este sorteo es válido en Puerto Rico. El mismo está sujeto a las leyes y reglamentos de los Estados Unidos de América y del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico que sean aplicables al mismo. Las reglas de este sorteo están disponibles en: www.popularautopr.com.

13. La fecha de entrega se confirmará en la llamada de notificación a la persona ganadora. Una vez verificada la autenticidad de la participación se le entregará a la persona ganadora su premio. El auspiciador se reserva el derecho de sustituir el premio por otro de igual o superior valor, modificar las reglas o las fechas del sorteo, cuando a su juicio y criterio así lo considere necesario todo ello de conformidad con las normas y reglamentos aplicables. 14. Popular se reserva el derecho de determinar la elegibilidad de los ganadores si no cumplen con los requisitos del concurso.

Contest Rules Participa y Prémiate con Popular Auto

1. The contest “Participa y Prémiate con Poular Auto” begins on June 6, 2017, and ends on July 31, 2017.

2. Any person age 18 or older who completes the online register www.popularautopr.com is eligible to participate. Employees of Popular Inc., its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, data processor and/or affiliates involved in any stage of the contest are not eligible to participate.

3. To enter the draw, individuals must provide their name, email address and telephone number in the online register www.popularautopr.com.

4. There will be only one (1) raffle on August 8, 2017. The electronic drawing will be held at Banco Popular’s Marketing & Customer Knowledge Division. Ten (10) fuel prepaid cards prizes will be awarded, each one worth $100.00.

5. No purchase or payment is required to enter the contest or win a prize. All participants have an equal chance of winning.

6. The winner will be notified by email and phone on August 8, 2017 and will have seven (7) days from the day of the notification to claim the prize. The winners must coordinate to receive the prize by presenting an official photo ID at Banco Popular de PR, Marketing & Customer Knowledge Division located at #209 Muñoz Rivera Ave. Popular Center Building 7th Floor, Hato Rey, P.R. 00919. The prizes are not transferable and may not be totally or partially substituted. Only one (1) prize will be given to each winner.

7. By accepting a prize, the winners consent Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and subsidiary to the use of their name, voice and/or image by the contest promoter for advertising and promotional purposes, including personal appearances, if required, without any additional compensation.

9. If necessary, the winner will accept any reasonable delay regarding the delivery of the prize. At the time of delivery, the winner must sign a receipt for the prize won and a release and hold harmless in favor of Banco Popular and their employees, for any damage or claim that may be caused and/or suffered through the use and enjoyment of the prize. By participating in the contest, the winner shall sign a release and hold harmless agreement and a media release by which he or she grants the right to publish and publicize the name, voice and likeness in any of the Island's media, at the present time or in the future (including electronic networks), without compensation.

10. Banco Popular reserves the absolute rights to cancel the contest, change the rules or the date of beginning or end of the contest and/or date of the drawing for causes beyond its control, subject to applicable regulations. Any change will be notify in due course.

11. Banco Popular will not be responsible for participations that are lost, incomplete, illegible, late, with incorrect address or misdirected, stolen, with insufficient postage or mutilated; or for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; for technical or mechanical failures or deficiencies; for failures or deficient functioning of the telephone, telephone lines or telephone systems; mistakes in the Official Rules, in any advertising or other material related to the contest; for failures in electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate information regarding the entry, whether due to the equipment, the software used in the contest, due to human error in processing, or for any other cause. Banco Popular reserve the absolute rights to determine the validity of participations submitted and to reject them if they do not comply with the contest rules, or if an unauthorized method has been used to participate.

13. The date of delivery will be confirmed in the notification phone call. Once the validity of the participation is verified, the winner will receive the prize. Sponsors unilaterally reserve the right to substitute the prize for another of equal or higher value, to modify the rules or the dates of the contest, when, at their judgment and criteria, they deem it necessary, in conformity with the applicable norms and regulations.
